armvirt: refresh 5.10 config

This was done by executing these commands:
$ make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=subtarget
$ make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=subtarget_platform

Some common symbols have been moved to target config.
