ramips: fix Omnima models, images and profiles names

Official names for supported Omnima products are (as on website):
 * Omnima HPM
 * Omnima MiniEMBWiFi
 * Omnima MiniEMBPlug

This patch changes:
 * board names
 * dts filenames
 * profile names
 * image filenames
 * LED names

for Omnima devices, for consistency.
