bmips: switch to generic bcma/ssb fallback SPROM

Browse Source 
Stop using bmips b43-sprom fixups and switch to generic bcma/ssb fallback
SPROMs. This way we don't need to include the b43-sprom fixups on devices
without Broadcom wireless.
