* reworking splash screen for new brand modifying layout

* removed background_splash file and reworked launch_screen file instead

* simplified to reduce number of changed files

* updated release launch screen as well

* reworked to simplify changes

* removed iOS splash background image not being used for this PR

* added support for dark mode

* tweak to splash background to center better

* update fastlane

* Replace iOS Splash Screen release assets

* Replace Android Splash Screen release assets

* Replace iOS release LaunchScreen.storyboard
